Still to Come

 

Finding Shadows has just gone through another round of edits. The penultimate round. Now all that remains to complete the fantasy book is a last grammar check. It's taken a long time to write, and it's the first book of a series, so there will be more to come. 

The Broken Kingdom Fairytales

A young adult fantasy story where the damsel in distress kicks butt and saves herself. Saving herself, though, doesn't mean she doesn't find love. Finding Shadows is a fairytale with a kickass heroine. It's got magic, it's got love, and it's got action. And it's got more characters destined for love in future books. 

Now that Finding Shadows is complete, it's time to start on book two. The main characters will be different, but it's the same friendship group, so their stories will be intertwined throughout the series. 

Werewolf Romance

My current work-in-progress is a young adult werewolf romance. I do love the paranormal genre, and I never stopped reading and writing young adult. Combine the two, and that's what I'm working on right now. 

Other Stuff Too

Novel writing is my main love, but my first was poetry, and it may not get my main focus but I never stopped writing it, and I'm giving it a little more attention right now. I'm also working on a pilot script that may never find a home, but I'm working on it anyway. No shock, it has some paranormal elements to it. 

I'm working through a list of writing projects, but I have to plan writing moments around being a mummy to the best little boy and a sweet furbaby, so I don't get unlimited time. I have to be strategic in writing priorities. 

That being said, now that Finding Shadows is finished, or will be after the grammar edit, the book world is my literary oyster.
